The two-room apartments of the village
The apartments of two rooms of the village Costa Verde in Tropea, Calabria, are made of solid and fresh masonry, bordering directly with our beach at a distance of 45 steps from the white sand. Nice, comfortable, essential, practical and accessorized are composed of a double bedroom with, chest of drawers, wardrobe with mirror and bathroom plus bedroom with floor fan, chest of drawers and bunk bed plus covered veranda with living area with dining corner and kitchen with sea view . The verandas are flanked and independent: this solution ensures a good degree of privacy with respect to the neighbors. Cars in the upper internal parking lot (about 300 meters and about 45 meters in altitude) </ em> controlled, free and in the shade. Alternatively, and optionally, on arrival you can opt for a paid parking space near the chosen accommodation (see the camping price list).
The equipment (included in the list price and quotations provided on request) includes gas, water, electricity, refrigerator, crockery (the list is attached to our booking confirmation), floor or floor fan, bed linen with weekly change (Monday), cleaning upon arrival and departure, entertainment, a beach umbrella and two deckchairs on loan for free use (with deposit € 45 refundable upon return).
Dogs are not allowed from July 7th to August 25th. In other periods they are welcome and admitted for free but must not disturb and be constantly kept on a leash.
