Villaggi, campeggi e residences in Calabria: The holiday village consists of spare, yet practical and functional living units of tasteful design in masonry, situated on the holiday village`s own private beach.
There are single room, two room and cottage accommodations in the tree-shaded part of the campground at beach level, 20 to 60 meters from the beach.
They can be utilized according to an apartment hotel plan - "Formula Residence" (lease only), or holiday village plan - "Formula Villaggio"(lease plus half board) - (meal vouchers and breakfast vouchers assigned on arrival can be used, without prior notice and without booking, both at lunch and at dinner, and not necessarily every day).
The ***covered verandahs, which also do duty as a living room, face the sea and include a dining and kitchen corner. There are indoor bathrooms.
The one and two room accommodations are row houses with verandahs next to each other, while the cottages are single family with entry via a narrow passage to the rear, a passage cut out between the cottages and the boundary wall on the escarpment behind - an arrangement which ensures a good degree of privacy from neighbours and a sea view.
Accommodation prices are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, refrigerator, crockery (the list will be attached to the booking confirmation notification), bed linen changed weekly (Mondays), cleaning upon arrival, a place in the car park (inside the holiday village grounds, guarded and in the shade but at a distance of 300 mts. from the accommodation and uphill at a level 45 metres higher than the accommodation: ***on arrival guests can opt for a paying place close to their chosen accommodation; the charge for this can be found in the "camping price list"). A sun umbrella and two deck chairs are provided( a deposit is charged), and there are organised games and entertainment.
Rates are all-inclusive, with no additional costs. Parking is free in the upper parking lot, with paid parking near accommodation (this is an obligatory arrangement for some single room accommmodations close to the beach in that they are provided with their own reserved parking space for which, however, there is a charge seeing that it adjoins the one-room living unit: *in this case*** for the parking charge consult the camping price list). To reserve accommodation: obtain advance confirmation of availability (tel.0039 0963/663090) complete sign and fax us the booking form, sending in the confirming deposit via money order, or check or by making a credit card payment(see special authorization on the booking form).
